USPA NEWS - The Esprit de France Story began at the Initiative of its Founder, Christophe Paluel-Marmont. A Lover of Beautiful Historic Estate Houses, a Great Lover of Art, and Owner Operator of Hotels in Paris, he wanted to create a Club for Owners of Hotels and Estate Houses, gathered around a Common Passion : Heritage, Art, and History...
The Esprit de France Story began at the Initiative of its Founder, Christophe Paluel-Marmont. A Lover of Beautiful Historic Estate Houses, a Great Lover of Art, and Owner Operator of Hotels in Paris, he wanted to create a Club for Owners of Hotels and Estate Houses, gathered around a Common Passion : Heritage, Art, and History.... Whether Châteaux, Estate Houses, Country Houses, Hotels... they all have their Character. Each Room in them is Unique, imbued with the Spirit of the Place.
New Openings are Scheduled :

* July 9, 2018 : The Hôtel du Rond-Point des Champs-Elysées (10, rue de Ponthieu 75008 Paris) - ideally located a Stone´s throw from the Champs-Elysées and is right next to the Art Galleries, Auction Houses and the Top Fashion Designer Boutiques on Avenue Montaigne, as well as many reputed Parisian Theatres. Immediately recognisable due to the Art Deco Rotunda, the 4-star Hotel offers 36 Rooms spread over 8 Floors. Once inside, Guests can explore the Vestibule and Interior Patio at the Back of the Hotel. Front Desk Staff can easily explain all the Hotel´s Facilities and Services, Rooms, Bar, Restaurant and Pool including a Counter-Current Jet Swim.

This Town House has been completely renovated while preserving the Historical Art Déco Style Features and shaped the Hotel´s Identity whilst instilling a decidedly Parisian Style and a Touch of Nostalgia. The Mixture of Materials and Prints, Light and the Work on the Details bring to Each Room an Original and Cinematographic Decor.
* September 2018 : La Maison Armance (5 rue Cambon 75001 Paris) - A Private Adress. To find it, stop outside number 5, which was Home to Stendhal at the beginning of the 19th Century. Today, the Mansion is known as Maison Armance, in Homage to the Novel penned by the French Writer. After opening the Carriage Door, walk through the Typically Parisian Porch and cross the Peaceful Courtyard. Take the Lift straight to the Top Floor where you find the Reception Desk. Situated in the Heart of Paris, within Close Proximity of the Luxury Boutiques of Rue Saint Honoré, Place Vendome and the Jardin des Tuileries.

All the Rooms have been remodeled, with Elegant Combinations of Colours and Materials. The Layout has been reworked to create Intimate Spaces. Each Room has a Cocoon-Like Feel. Flora de Gastines and Anne Geistdoerfer (Double G agency) are the Architects and Interior Designers of Maison Armance. Also, Each Room features a Painting by Artist Lauren Collin.
